EQUIPTOP produces manual grinding machines, three-axis automatic grinding machines, NC surface grinding machine, CNC surface grinding machine, drills and CNC tapping machines. Each part of the productive process, from the design to the finishes of the machine assembly, is subject to a strict quality control and several tests are performed to achieve zero defects. Shears

Klinsman shear

The KLISMAN shear is a machine made of welded steel with excellent rigidity and stability. The main parts consist of left and right pillars, clamping board, a working talbe and oil tank.

Upper knife beam: a triangle steel-sheet welded structure with guiding rail plate, blade and back-gauge device.

The blade adjustment is very easy to use, it is carried out through a front wheel indicating the thickness of the sheet to be cut.

The table is equipped with balls to facilate the handling of the sheet.

The machine is fitted with a nitrogen accumulator, which it uses for the return of the blade and damping in the cut.

The main components of the press brake of KLINSMAN are fabricated in welded steel plates, featuring high strength, good rigidity and it is lightweight.

The frame consists of left and right vertical side braces, working table, oil tank, etc., which are welded together. The working table is located at the lower part of the left and right vertical side braces. And the oil tank is at the top of the machine.

Ram synchronization during the stroke is controlled by a mechanical forced synchrony system, which is simple in structure, reliable in operation and easy in maintenance. This system consists of two telescopic arms which seek to compensate the parallelism between the ram and the press brake table.

The motor, pump and valves are all in the oil tank. To ensure the cylinder is always full of oil when the ram moves down fast, and feeding valve is used to speed up the ram travel so as to save energy.
