FACCIN is a leading company which designs and manufactures bending rolls to bend metal sheet, profile bending machines and dished head machinery.

The company was set up in the decade of the 60's and it rapidly specialized in the manufacture of heavy bending roll machines. FACCIN's approach to technological innovation and the continuous investment in R+D has made possible to gain a reputation of quality and reliability in the market. Thanks to its advances in the bending technique, FACCIN has become a world benchmark for bending technology.

Its production of machinery is based in Visano (Brescia), in the industrial Northern Italy. The FACCIN SRL premises cover an area of 60,000 m2, 15,000m2 of them are destined to manufacture and 1,250 m2 for office space.

FACCIN actively invests in new equipment to achieve being involved in all the aspects of the production of its machines. The Italian company is involved in all the stages of the process: from the building of electrowelded structures to the machining of the rolls. In that way, FACCIN has the direct control above the productive processes, monitoring each step "at home" and guarantee a total quality.

The internal design office of FACCIN works in a modern net with the latest software versions of CAD 2D and 3D, by using methods of finite elements (MEF) for the structural seizing. The production, orders, design, construction, machining, thermal treatment, stock and assembly are completely computerize through a modern software of corporate resources installed in the entire net of the company. The organization is controlled according to the protocols established in the standards of the ISO 9000.

Along with the purchase of new systems of generation and production, FACCIN has invested in internal resources in R+D. That pro-active attitude gave to FACCIN the chance to present to the worldwide market the first complete bending line of metal sheet with electronic synchronization of the bending axis (MCS), in 1988 the graphical numerical control more advanced (CNC-PGS) and in 1993 the most advance FMS solution for the complete bending with loading and unloading robots and constant control of the bending radius with automatic compensation of the bending parameters.

The integration of the design of tailor-made applications for the post-sales support, - through a sales net and technical centers specialized in just roll bending machines -, offer the most complete and high service, in that way FACCIN has become the ideal partner for solving any bending requirement and the supplier to choose in the third millennium.
